I am hoping that someone can explain this to me in a way that I can understand. I can't seem to get my mind around it so far.....

I have a form with multiple subforms. The main form has a unique number, a Case Incident Number, which is the parent field to tie the subforms to it.

One of the subforms collects data about an incident, utilizing an Offense Incident Codes, which identify specific incidents; i.e. arson, homicide etc.

Another subform collects victim information. I need to tie the Offense Incident Codes to the victim. For example: an incident may have five Offense Incident Codes which occurred, but the victim I am entering data about may only have been a victim of only one or two of the entered codes.

So....., I would like the field in the Victim subform VICTIM_CONNECTED to only allow those Offense Incident Codes which were entered above to be displayed, rather than making the user surf through the list of 200 again.

I know that this can be done, just can't get the process together in my head.

Thank you as always for your continued support,

Peter Paul
