Filters to show in form on load

I use Crystal Reports to report on an MS Access Database, but each week i am having to amend filters to get the data i want.

I want to set up a form that pops up when i open a report, that will allow me to enter parameters for my data required.

i want to filter on:

Year
Week
Etc...

I have seen it done but not sure how to set it up.

Can you please point me in the right direction

you would need an unbound form, with comboboxes/textboxes on it with rouwsources fro mthe tables/queries you need to get your parameters from, then in your query, use the criteria bit to put in the control name e.g., Forms!frmParameterEntry.[cboYear]...

ooops, sorry, i misread your post (i haven't had much sleep in the last couple of days) i though you had migrated form crystal reports to access...

...and the fact that this is an access forum also threw me ;P

i have no idea, i'm afraid, of how crystal reports does anything... or even how it looks like, or even anything about it.... sorry.
