The Supreme Court on Friday ruled in favor of a participant in the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot who was challenging his conviction for a federal "obstruction" crime.

Too bad Trump could not have cited this decision in the debate last night to substantiate Biden's use of lawfare to jail political opponents.

One political prisoner has been released. Should Trump win, more need to be released or pardoned. Democratic party lawfare needs to be squelched. The US is legal system is not supposed to a Stalinist style knockoff.

Seems she has no concern for all the lives her actions and those of fellow prosecutors ruined.
Also consider the fact that starting over eight years ago, the Democrats were implementing unjustified lawfare against Trump and other Republicans. That is still continuing. Trump and the Republicans when they assumed power in 2016 were naive. They learned their lesson. Now they are not naive and are cleaning house.
