Hi all,
i am currently working on a project using access where i need to submit a form. the requirement is when i press the submit buttom one new form with available users should come so that person can select the respective person and submit the form.

my problem is when i press the submit button the form gets saved and then only the user selection form appears.. so there is no possible way to cancel the user selection as it has been already saved... pls help me...

i am using Access 2003.

When you press the submit buttin, it is doing a docmd.close event and closing the form? Change it so it closes after the person is selected. See here for some ideas:

PS, I could be way off the mark, not really that sure what you were trying to do.
