Flyer or Greeting Card Software

Hello,

Does anyone recommend any software for creating flyers or greeting cards? I'd especially be interested in software that provides templates and an easy ability to add borders around objects and such.

Unless you need something very specialised, Publisher may be perfectly satisfactory for both purposes.
