I have a report that groups by Date, Job #, Phase #, Unit #, and then Hours. I have a field in the footer under Hours that is supposed to sum the total hours for that group. And it works fine if there is only one job on the report or for the first job on the report. But if there are two or more jobs on the same report then its starts including the last job's hours in the sum. I have attached a screen shot of a two job report. The total at the bottom of the second job is off by two times the total of the first job. This is consistent. If there were three jobs on this report is would be off by two times the total of the first two jobs.
I have tried all the different options on running sums for the field involved and the footer. I am out of ideas on how to fix this. Any help would be appreciated.
