'*' for all?

Hi all,

Theres something which i have wondered for a while. On some of my queries, i have the criteria based on combo boxes, throughout my database. I was just wondering why on some of them if i put '*' it shows the results for all of the options in the combo boxes, but on others it doesn't. Is there something which i have done on the ones which work, that i have not realised...thanks for any responses.

My guess is yes, check the criteria, if you haven't already, and I think where it works you will have used the Like function, however I can't remember the syntax that gets it to work.
