Can I use the For Each statement for each record in a table? If so, can you help me with the format of the statement?

For each record in a table I want to perform a series of statements, including sendobject via e-mail. Below is the help example. I know the group section of the statement is my recordset but I'm not sure what the element would be.

For Each element In group
[statements]
[Exit For]
[statements]

Next [element]
