Form Add

I create a form to add records, as soon as I click on Add,
it gives shows me first record in the table. Is there any way I can
go to stright to blank new form ?

My data tab is blank. Cannot see any items listed, like event tab has
on Click, on Dbl Click, etc...

I am requesting another please,
I am trying to give form a fancy look, like on the bottom
I do not want show records 1 of N, or please advise me
few tips to make it fancy for a data entry user.

I have a report, and I want to insert a section or footer,
to show totals of that report. I when I tried, view, pagefooter,
it gives message, instead inserting, it is trying to delete with Yes No message.
"Deleting these sections will also delete all control in them."

Any help these please.
