Form Close - Debug Problem

I have been working on a project for a few weeks now, and am down at the final logic debug stage. In short the systems work fine for Product A, Product B and Product C. However, when I run Product D, everything runs fine until the very end when the three forms close, but one reopens.

I can not seem to see where it is being reopened from, it could be in the report code, one of the form codes and so on.

I thought someone may know code or techniques to find what is calling this form to reopen.

One thing that may help is putting a Stop command in the form's Open event procedure. Each time it stops, you can inspect the call stack to see what caused that procedure to fire. Then you can continue with execution.
