Form creating duplicate values (1 Viewer)

hi

for my database there are a number of courses which students can study, inside each course there are a number of subjects (Many subjects to One Course), i wanted a form where i can choose the course concerned using a combo box and then view details of the course, then underneath enter new subjects for that course.

However the form ive made is trying to put the course details ive displayed into the course table again, creating an error (duplicate values) when all i want to do is display this information. Ive come across this problem before, do i need to unbound txt boxes?

i have included screenshot of the form with the error.need to maximise window to read it.
