form data disappears

I have data that is:

12, 112888212, PTPN11, , c.[228G>C]+[=], 76E>DE,HGMD accession: CM013419; Disease causing mutation,Tartaglia (2001) Nat Genet 29: 465 PubMed: 11704759, Edouard (2010) Mol Cell Biol 30: 2498 PubMed: 20308328
c.228G>C, PTPN11 exon 3, , , , ,,
c.3310_3312delGAA; p.1104delE, KAT6B exon 16, , , , ,,
c.4663A>A/T; p.Q1321Q/L, KAT6B exon 18, , , , ,,

When I paste it into the form the text is visable in the textbox but after I clicl out it disappears. I have tried changing it to Memo and making it a listbox... it doesn't help? Any suggestions? Thanks.

After saving is it visible in the table.

If so make the text box bigger.

It is most likely a Format issue. Hidden carriage returns etc.

I can see the data in the mail merge that the form populates but not in the table the form is linked to.

Can you see the data if you typed (Not paste) a small amount of text. Use just one or two words.
