Form Design window scrolling bug

Why is the bottom and right side of the form design window not scrolling correctly?

I am using MS Access 2013. I have a attached a file with a screen shot.

Is scrolling on?
Do you have a form in a form? That can confuse the scroll.

Yes scrolling is on. I can scroll. However, the bottom and right side of the design view does not update or refresh.

looking at your image, the bottom and right side is the property sheet window - a different window which is not affected by scrolling of the main window. Look at the horizontal scroll bar, it is only between the navigation window and the property window.

I understand that. I am referring only to the window where the form layout is displayed. both the right side of that and bottom seem to not refresh when I scroll down.

It looks a bit weird right enough.

Most people here would be able to help you you with Access features. This looks more like a bug.

Bugs are often quite difficult to work out.

You need to say what version of Access you are running. What OS. What display driver. Etc. Even then nobody here could help you because we can't fix any of those things.

Ah - see it now. Had to up the zoom. You can sometime get this effect if there is heavy usage of the CPU and you don't have a separate graphics card.

Usually to clear, you need to refresh the window which you can do by closing or minimising the (design in this case) window. Or perhaps by dragging it almost off the access window and then back again.
