hi guys :)

I am a newbie in Access so I sorry if you think that I am asking foolish and stupid questions here :o
well can anyone please guide me on how can i create a form on the basis of some tables i have created in a database ?
I appreciate if u provide steps by steps details ...

Look at attachment (word, zip). I think it is what you need.

Another way.

1. Click on Forms from the database window
2. Double click on "Create form in Design view". A new form should be created on your screen.
3. Right click on the Top of the form and select PROPERTIES
4. Click on Data tab
5. Click on the RECORD SOURCE and you should see a drop-down arrow.
6. Select the table that contans the data. A pop-up window with fields should be display. If not,
Click on VIEW => Field List​
7. Close the Form Properties window.

You should be able to drag any of the fields in the Field List windows to the form. Normally the Field List's caption is the same as the table name.
