Form duplicate problem

I've been struggling with completing my form.

Klant=customer btw
Bestel=order

I want to have this orde rform working, but it's not. I've checked the 'duplicate' thing in table field properties, but for some odd reason, I can't click on it, I can see the option for allowing duplicates, but I can't click on it. So what's going on?

Edit: Deleted the table: Directie Spijker didn't need that.

From the look of it in your relationships, you have a one to one relationship on KlantID that should be one to many.
