Hi All,
I have what seems to me a very simple problem, I just can't work it out! I'm very new to Access, and many of the forums/advice I've read through is WAY over my head. So if there is an answer, I might need it dumbing down!
So, I'm in Access 2007. I have a nice little table, and a 'Query by Form' scenario that I worked out how to do by following a tutorial. However, the one thing that I can't work out how to achieve (or if its possible?!) is how to get the answer/result from the query back into the same form (in a textbox or a list box, whatever). The query spits out one or a few 'single words'.
Is it possible to set a control in a form to be the result of a query based on input from the same form (i.e. after the submit button has been clicked)??
Any help appreciated.
Stuart
