Form for retrieving specified records

I have a form that i have made that prints a report for a date range of records in my table. Using the "openreport" "Me.StartDate" and a "Me.EndDate" code. In addition i would like to add to this report another text box where i can enter a field to also select only records for a specified "originator"

How do i add the third criteria for printing the report.

The where clause of Openreport will change to something like (([DateField] Between Me.StartDate AND Me.EndDate) AND [Originator] = Me.Originator)
