Form Go To Back on Report Call

I have a form that calls a report that's based on a query. That all works peachy. The report comes up with the requested info. My question is how do I get the report to be on top and the form it was called from to go to the back? I want the form to stay open so after I close the report I can still use the form. If I close it when the report opens I can't use it anymore. As it is, the form stays on top of the report and I have to click the report's toolbar to give it focus. How do I correct this? Thanx a ton for your assistance!

Your form is probably opening as a popup so you might want to check to see if, in the form's properties, the popup is set to: (popup = no) Also check your code that opens the form to make sure it isn't opening it as such either.

I had done that, but I was hoping to have a small screen (i.e. a switchboard). Every time the switchboard is launched, it's in full-screen mode unless pop-up is enabled. Is there a way around this? Thanx a ton!

well, you could specify the form's size, either explicitly or based on screen resolution, in code in the load event of the form.

Something like:

    Me.InsideHeight = 8000
    Me.InsideWidth = 8000

Just play with the numbers to get it the way you want it.
