Form Header Does Not Show on Next Records

I created a form with a form header. When I click Print Preview, the form header shows on the first record, but does not show on the next records. Instead, a blue color appears.

Form/Report Headers will appear only on the First Page when Print Previewed/Printed and Form/Report Footers on the Last page.

Also, forms are not good for printing (most of the time) and reports are meant to give you more flexibility for printing. That's why they have a Page Header as well as the Report Header.
