Form Header

Have used the Form wizard to make a Form and it has acquired a Header. I see it in both Design Mode and Run Mode.

How can I get rid of it ?
Google gave instructions using the Arrange tab but everything there is greyed out except "Size/Space".

Go to design view and untick form header / footer

Can you explain where what is you untick ? (I'm in design view but see nothing like that).

Its part of the form context menu
Right click anywhere on the form and should see the menu.
Click the header/footer menu item to remove it.
All controls in those sections will be removed as well.
