Form Load Issue

I have multiple forms in my program, but 2 of them have to always remain open, therefore I entered a timer event at 15000. But what happens is that everytime a form refresh because of the timer I set, then no matter which form I am on, the form that just refresh pop up in the front off all the forms...

How can I fix this problem, I need to be able to refresh the forms with my timer, but they need to stay at there position, meaning if I am on a different form entering information and my other form refresh, well it should refresh but not overlap the form I am entering info into....

Can someone please help..

Set the forms you are entering data into popup and modal properties to yes, or interrupt the timer function using the IsLoaded function
