Form Not Feeding

Hi All,

I have uploaded a form into Access in Excel format and this feeds into an Access table that is linked. I recently added a new column to the Excel spreadsheet that will not feed into the form, where am I going wrong?

if you change the excel columns, then you must refresh the link in Access using linked table manager.
just refresh the link, and it will pick up any new columns.

Tried that to no avail, what other options are there?
