I have a form that populates a table. When you enter the data into the form, it does populate the table and all of my queries and records are showing all of the data properly. Then if I you scroll back through the entries on the form, some of the fields appear not to be filled in. If you re-select one of the fields you can see all the data as it was inputted, but at a glance it appears as if the data was lost. Am I doing something stupid (am guessing so). I may not be giving enough information, but please let me know what you need to help me. The supervisor is pretty happy with how the database works, but does not like the "appearance" of lost data. Like I said, data is not lost and all reports give you all the information that is needed, but the form itself looks as if the data wasn't entered in certain fields. It doesn't do this for all entries, but any is to many.
