Form or report??

Ok guys so i have an inventory database which is really simple. im not sure if i should use a form or report for my next stage though. Basically i need it to do this:

• Enter client name and address
• Enter dates times etc
• Enter location
• draw from an employee table what crew will be on the job
• and draw what products, extras, and cables will be needed from other tables and then to be able to print the item.

I will need to be able to connect the item to my main menu and its has to be user friendly.

ANy ideas??

You cannot ENTER anything on a report, does that answer your question
