Form parameters to be emailed

Hello friends,

I am using Access 2003 and my boss wants that a parameter form which will have button, and on click of a button parameter values is transfered to MSWord and it is attached to the Novell Groupwise.And then he can send it to user.
So please let me know how I can achieve this?
