Form Prompting for data

Hello, I have a form with name, address, city, state etc.

When I open the form I want it to promt the user to enter in each info. Example: When the form is opened a box displaye Enter Name etc.

PS - I do not really know how to write in code.
I appreciate any assistance!

Do you mean you want a message box to be displayed stating "Enter Name.", then the user enters their name. Then another one appears saying "Enter Address"?

If this is what you want I wouldn't do it this way as you'll get message boxes popping up all over the place, which will/could be very annoying. Better off checking to see if all fields have been filled in when the form is closed or they move to another record.
