Form Refresh

I have a 2 forms that have a timer event, but these two forms have to always stay open. Because there is an update every 30 seconds. But why is it that when I am entering data on another form, then everytime the other 2 forms refresh they overlaps on my forms, I want them to refresh but not pop up in the front of my other form, unless I call the form..

When I open the db the first form is named frmMain, then the user can log on by enterering his uername and passowrd. He then clicks the connection button. When he click the connections button there is a form that is named frmPause that also open on the background, and should always stay open, because it has a timer and keeps on refreshing my data.

But the problem is that everytime time frmPause refresh it automatically appears in front of all me forms....It overlaps...

I am not too sure is this is a little more clear...

Can anyone tell me how to do this..

Is there any reason for the user to see this form? If all it does is sit there and refresh data and the user has no reason to ever see it just set the visible property to false. That way it sits hidden from the user and won't pop in front of your form.
