Form/report integration

I actually have two questions..

1) I added new data manually to a form... is there anyway to get that automatically entered into the table so i can include it in my report?

2)Is there a way to use the pagebreak command or forcenewpage so that only two records show up per page. I am also finding that my fields aren't big enough to hold alll the text in them.. They are cutting some off. When i go to size "fit to grid" or something like that, you can see all the data, but it is bunched together.

Plase help me, im a summer intern who is unbelievably new to this, and I need to figure out what im doing.... asap

Are your form fields bound to the table or do you have another problem like trying to print newly created records while the form is still open, set the can grow property for your reports fields to yes.
