Form Resize Problem

Please can someone help me.

I have been reading and reading and I also purchased shrinkerstrecher to try and solve the problem.

I am trying to keep the database window the same size when I grab the corner of access and the database stays within the view point of the window.

I hope you can understand what im saying but i have attached 2 pictures so you can see what I mean.

I would be gratefull for any help
