form screws up and only displays one row

I have a form, with a sub-form, which worked fine. but now, after I added and changed around the options in a combo box in the sub-form my main form only shows one result. I can't find a way to fix this. help please

yes the source is a table, and I have not changed anything with the 2 tables

I am theorizing that since I was doing things with the combo box, I may have accidentally been on the whole form properties sheet and changed something, but I have no idea what.

ok fixed, I checked against a new form and found that I had Data entry:yes and filter on load: yes

which I changed to no and it fixed it
