Form Source - additional table reverse relationship unable to include

Hi all

Attached is a copy of the database with the form present and working.
However, i require two further combo boxes from two tables which i cannot get working for the life of me. :banghead:

If i add in the wizard(yes im not able to quickly write the source *yet) then a: i lose the ability for the subform many to many relationship, and b: the form doesnt work at all

I have read up on and can get the cascade combo working, i just need advice, help, source writing for me and pointing out why it wouldnt work if somebody could take a look please.

I did have the data for the two tables in one and this worked, but this goes against normalisation i believe as the suppliername would be listed many times over.

I feel that it is the reverse onetomany relationship that is causing the issue but i have tried and tried but got nowhere.

i have added couple of text boxes on the form to show what is required.
