Form... Sub form(1).. with a sub form(1a)!

Hi,

Help I want to refer to a sub form (1) from sub form(1a) however my expression is not getting any love!!! Any ideas where I am going wrong?

Forms![Sheet (sub)].Form!Total.Value = Total

sheet (main) is the main form with a sub form of Sheet (sub). Sheet (sub) - this has a sub form of Sheet (sub1)

The search function at work...

I searched for 'Subform' in the Code Repository section, and came up with this post.
It will save me (and others) a lot of typing and explaining.
