form that adds record into tables. how can it be so complicated?

i tried so much to create form that will allow to add records into tables, but nothing works.
what can i do?

i attach sample file i made. the form i need is the same as in the file, but as you can see it only shows tables records and doesn't permits to add new ones.

i'll be very grateful for any explanations or examples...

I'm confused. It allows me to make new records. Go to the last record and click your "Next Record" button and it goes to a new record window.

Alternatively, keep clicking your Next Record Button that is next to the Producer field until you see a blank record then enter the new record.
