Form to Edit Records Stopped Working

My form with record source of query has stopped allowing edits.
I have reviewed property setting and do not understand what's going on.

Any ideas ?

What kind of form is it: a datasheet?

No, it is in single form view. The query has parameters that are defined by a dialogue form. This query is also the source for a report. (not sure if this additional info helps)
