Form to Form problem

At our office we have a small network of 5 computers. We run an Access database from the server. On one computer when you run the Access database it has a problem sending information from one form to another. On one form it has a list of the records and when you click on the record and press 'Go to Selected Record' it brings that records information to another form but on one computer the information appears for a second then it disappears. This problem only occurs on one computer, all of the other computers work perfectly fine. Can anybody help me?

Sorry if some of my suggestions sound stupid. I know that sometimes when I am faced with a problem I miss some of the obvious things I could do.

Have you tried compact and repair database?

Have you compared settings for access for the problem computer with other computers?

Is the same version of access running on the problem computer than the other computers?

Maybe you should try re-installing access on the problem computer.

I have compared the version number of the computers that do run the Access database correctly from the computers that don't run the database correctly and here is what I found:

The computers that do work use Access 2000 (9.0.2720)

The computers that don't work use Access 2000 (9.0.4402 SR-1)

Do you know how I can change the version number so that they are all Access 2000 (9.0.2720)?
