Form to query to report

I repeatedly enter new customer to a form from on which I can click a button to print a letter and then click another button to prepare the evevlope. As long as there are no interruptions the form can be scrolled back and forth to accomplish these tasks.
If the form is closed I then need to go find the entries one at a time to prepare the letter then the envelope.

Can I set up a query that locates these customers (the query is simple) and has buttons (this is where help is needed) with each record returned to send the appropriate letter and envelope.

I can think of a few variations to solve the problem and am open to suggestions as I do this every day 15 or 20 times. I am not limited to printing one envelope at a time.

You must have some criteria you need to select what you want to print, I would create a form that allows to select/enter this criteria to pull the proper records, than base a report on that query and print all the forms you need, same with the envelops.
