Form view screen is blank

Hi, i have my form open in design view and it includes quite a few fields on a tab. But when i go to open it in form view, the form is just grey and nothing appears on it. Never seen this before, can anybody help?

One thing maybe that you have created the controls on the form behind the tab - not on the tab itself - therefore they are not visible?

It's ok, i've fixed it. It was something to do with the query i was using with it. I just put some data into my tables and the form is now visable.
