Form won't expand more than 22 inches

I am new to Access and trying to set up an application form. I have most of the fields entered but I can not expand the form past 22 inches. What am I missing??

Search Help for 'Limits, program' to find out all of Access limits. You have just found one of them. Break your single form into two or three forms and when one is completed move to the next one.... Check out tabs as another approach....

22 inches is the maximum width of a form in 97.
