Form

I have created a Form with a subform. The main Form is Supplier. The subform is the gifts. They are related. I can not get Supplier to change. The Control source is the table. The name and address is bound to the ID.

What I want first is for the Supplier to change and the subform will change with it.

The idea is to keep the supplier with the gifts purchased from them.

I know just enought to be dangerous so please don't give the toddler to much to try and understand - Keep it simple for the stupid.

Make an unbound textbox or combo control.
Change the record source of the main form to a query using the unbound control as the comparison in the WHERE clause.
The main form will follow the value you enter in the unbound control.

Set the Master/Child Link fields of the subform control to be the SupplierID fields in each record source.
