Format of Data in a Form

I am putting together a membership type database for the charity I work for. The data will be input by people with limited PC skills but we want to have the results as standardised as possible.

For telephone numbers we want to see the result as 5 digits then 6 digits (ie 01234 098765). In table view I can set the text to appear in this format but when I switch to form view it appears as 11 digits. What do I need to do to have this in the preferred format?

I believe you can set the input mask on form view as well.. go to form design view and click on the control.. the associated properties will be listed of whihc one would be Input Mask and the other Format.. Choose which ever suits your need.
