Formatted Report Templates for Monthly Reports

I am new to access. Is there a way of creating 2 or 3 formatted report templates? I have 3 or 4 separate monthly reports that have to be done from queries. I have not found a way of saving the formatting for the reports. Everytime I run the query, I have to spend an extra 10 minutes to format the report. Thank you for any input.
 
The report is the formatting, so I don't know exactly what you want. If you want your reports to look similiar you should copy an existing report, change the data source it is pulling from and then update all the control sources that have a different name.
