Formatting a Subform

Help! I have created a form with a subform in it. When I change the way the subform looks in Design View, it looks like this...

But when I switch to Form View, it looks like this...

I don't want that! I want it to look like a form, like it does in Design View. How can I do that?

Your Subform appears to be displaying in Datasheet View. Go to Properties-Format for the Form the Subform is based on and set the Default View Property to Single and see if you get what you want when you run the form.
