Formatting lost when pulishing to Word

I have a report that I would like to get into Word so that I can email it to a client that does not have Access.

Each field is surrounded by a border, which is lost when publishing to Word.


Is there anotehr way to get this into Word?

Unfortunately, exporting Access reports to Word typically causes all the formatting to be lost, as you said.
Your best bet, assuming the recipient does not need to edit the document, only view and/or print it, is to export it to a Snapshot file and have the recipient install Snapshot viewer. The viewer is a free download from Microsoft.
