I am amending a friends application for them as the original developer has disappeared. The application is built up of sub forms. There is an Add button on a sub form. Also on this page is a dynamic listbox of policy numbers and below that is a subform which displays the selected policy numbers details. When you select a new policy the details in the sub form change to the matching policy. the problem lies with the Add New Policy feature that opens a new sub form where the user enters the new details and it saves the new records to the database. It adds a new record to the database and the listbox automatically updates but I cannot get the subform below to update until i hit the 'Refresh All' button. The forms use Dynaset to link to the various database tables.
