Forms in Excel

Hi,

I've transferred my inquiry from an Access thread to here once I found that I can use Excel to get what I need done. Basically I want to know how to make a form to enter and view information I place into Excel. Please see here for my earlier post on this specific question about forms. The replies I received on the other thread stated I could accomplish this in Excel. How?
