Forms Lookup Issues

HI I am a newbie to access so I am not quite sure if this is a straight forward problem or not -

I have a database with three tables - one lists car makes and model names with variants eg ford,mondeo,1.6 etc would fill table number 1 table two has colours and three is used to enter members data along with a lookup to table one and two to indicate which car and variant they have.

I have managed to create a form that looks-up table one for data entry but if the user enters ford for the make and moves forward to enter the model I cannot limit it to just show models made by that manufacturer and same goes for the variant.

Any ideas how I get round this problem?
