Forms that draw data from a query??

I have a two tables that I am using to draw information from. One is a table of contact information and the other is the area of expertise for those people.
I created a query to draw the information upon selecting the last name of the individual. It fills in all the contact information but will not fill in the area of expertise for the individual.

I would be more than happy to email the DB to anyone who would like to have a look.
