i have created a database and everything works okay so far but many users are complaining about repetitions of entering data in the form.
i have the form that everybody uses to enter data for people. if these people go out to walmart, target or park we have to enter each entry separately and that is time consuming. if 10 people go out then it means you have to enter 60 times and that is quiet frustrating for users. we are looking for a way where we can just entry once for one person .
then these enteries are linked to the reports and the reports shows how many outing a person has.
please help in any way so that we can enter information once or twice.
i know there's a simple way!

It sounds to me like you may have the relationship and design of the form backwards for this operation. I believe the form should be based on describing the event or trip and have a one to many relationship with your "people". Once you have described the event, then use a SubForm to add the "people" involved for that event.
