Forms

Hi,

I am using MS ACCESS 2007. I am new to forms. i tried to learn something by my self but not the whole thing.
My boss did create one form in which he has selected few tables and queries in it. What it does is, every day it puts the latest date automatically once we run it and according to that other boxes fills the data automatically. So my question is how we can identify that by putting one date through the query how other data comes in to the other combo boxes.!!!!!!!
