Hi,
I have a form that is used for registration. There are a few sections: Registrant info, course info, payment info, and office use. I would like to be able to freeze the registrant info, so that when I scroll down to the other sections I can still view the registrant info. I know this can be done in Tables, but can you freeze parts of forms???
Thanks.

Office Use??? why would your user see that?
All data from the same table?
Can you upload the db?

If you are using the form in DATASHEET view, you can.

You can set it manually by just selecting the column headers you want frozen (one at a time in the order you want them to appear - frozen columns will come before the other columns) and then right-click and select FREEZE COLUMN. Then go to FILE > SAVE to save the form and when you reopen it should still be frozen.

Put the objects you want fixed in the Form Header, and the rest of the information in the Detail section of the form.

When you scroll the Detail, the Form Header will remain fixed..

The only users of the db are office staff. We only use the db to add registrants information for them, they don't use the db themselves.
Yes, all data from the same table.
And I have no idea how to upload the db! I'm new, so I'm not even sure what you mean.

Oh, I think this is what I need, thanks. I'll try it out.
